Creed - my review

This book was written by two authors I've never heard of. I jumped into this book expecting to be terrified. Instead what I got was a gripping read that had me sitting all afternoon glued to the story.

Three people go in. Three people come out. Dee, her boyfriend Luke and his brother Mike find themselves stranded in Purity Springs. What happens while they are there will have you sitting at the edge of your seat. They unfortunately meet Elijah who is a real sicko. He stands up for what he believes in however wrong them beliefs may be. My feelings for Elijahs son Joseph changed throughout the story.

The ending left me slightly dropping my jaw but as I sit here thinking about it I can't think of any other way it could have ended.
I'm giving this book 5 stars. To get a 5 star from me the book has to grip me, to leave me thinking about the story and also to look into what other books the author has written. This book has done all these. Really hope these authors are getting their heads together for another gripping read.

Mask - review

I loved book one, Dance, and I loved this just as much. Although this can be read as a standalone I recommend you read book one to get a better understanding of the background.

We met Adam in book one. I wasn't too keen on him then but he's certainly redeemed himself in this book. Told in two points of view this is Adam and Penns story. I loved the hot sexy scenes and also loved that we got to read more about Fenix and Jared.

Great storyline with enough angst to keep my attention from start to finish. Loved it.

The Diary of Bink Cummings - my review

I love biker books so I was super excited to read that this is about a biker chic called Bink.

Bink is strong and fiesty. She doesn't care what she says. She's been raised by the club. It's her life. She rides a pink and black Harley.
Big has known her all her life. The chemistry between these two is hot.
Is Bink strong enough to cope when things start changing?

This is the first volume of the diary of Bink. I gotta say as I read so much Id have preferred to read all these volumes together. Hopefully we won't be waiting too long for more Bink.
If your looking for a different kinda biker book then this could be the book for you:)

My review of BREATHLESS

Make sure you read book one, Heartless before you read this book. I loved Heartless and was looking forward to reading this book. The author didn't disappoint as this was a great read.

This book is a continuation of Charlie and Sams story. It's a brilliantly emotionally charged story   The characters came across as real and relatable. The great storyline had me gripped.
Amazing read. Need next book now. Loved it.

Bad Boys Need Love Too - my review

I read book one The Sergeant by this author and enjoyed it so of course I wanted to read this. I wasn't disappointed. I really enjoyed it.

Talk about opposites attract!!! Gage and Joseph are completely different characters. They couldn't be more different. Joseph is a lawyer and Gage is a bad ass mechanic. When Joseph takes his bike to get fixed by Gage there is instant attraction between these two. Gage has issues that he needs to deal with. There are plenty of hot sexy scenes in this book.

This is a great m/m story. It's pretty long and I do feel parts could be condensed. However I did enjoy it and look forward to reading more by this author.

Broken Course - my review

This is book three in this series. You must read book one and two first. I didn't realise until after reading this book that Among The Echoes is recommended as well to read as you meet Leo in that book. I didn't read it but didn't feel as if I was losing out. I will however be reading it soon.

This story is about Sarah and Leo. We met them in previous books. These are two really broken characters. Although I've read plenty of books with broken characters Aly has a great way of putting her own uniqueness to it.

I'm so so glad I read this book. It allowed Sarah to redeem herself as I really didn't like her in previous books. By the end of this book I loved her.

I highly recommend this brilliant emotional story. Loved the epilogue-perfect ending to the series.

Brody - my review

Starting from the synopsis I was pulled right into this story. I've not read anything by this author before so this was a lovely surprise for me.
Xan is a really strong character. After her ex went to jail her and her son were put into witness protection. For the last ten years she's done her best for her son but being on the run has been tough.
When her car breaks down she meets mechanic Brody. He's hot, sexy and built like a brick. Both feel the instant attraction but they both also have secrets to hide.

This is a really great romance with suspense. The writing is captivating and I found myself reading this in a day. I'm looking forward to reading more of this series. Loved it.

To Murder Matt - my review

Firstly this is a fantastic debut novel by this author.

This dark and graphic story has a unique storyline. Matt is critically ill in hospital. This is the story of the four people waiting outside his room. Each of these people want him dead for their own reasons. The author has done a great job of portraying how bad Matt is.
This book is not for the faint hearted. It's a really dark and twisted read. Rape, murder and abuse are all parts of the storyline.

I've read hundreds of books this year. This is only one of a handful that took me a few days to read. It took me time to absorb.

If you like dark and gritty then I certainly recommend this story.

Entwined - my review

This is a really great series. Please read authors warning in synopsis before you read this story. Warnings like this is like a red rag to a bull to me. I just had to read it.

This is a really dark erotica that's gonna mess with your head. This is a continuation of Anna's story.

The storyline is fantastic. It's a brilliant gripping read with twists and turns that nearly gave me whiplash.
Looking forward to reading more of this series.

Covertly Strong - my review

I so loved this book. Im even happier to see its part of a series:) this book kept me up late as I just didn't wanna put it down. It's a book full of action, suspense and romance.

The characters are brilliant. Sloan is a tough ass female. She's a really strong heroine that I loved. Nixon is a Navy Seal. He's hot, gorgeous and delicious. Have I mentioned there are more Seals in this book??

Really brilliant read. Am looking forward to reading more of this series. I highly recommend this book. I loved it.

BAIT - my review

Wow this is an extremely great story that had me gripped from start to finish.

Casey and Blake meet up one night at a bar constant attraction leads them to a one night stand. These two however are already in relationships. As much as I hate cheating I do read and enjoy books with this topic in it.

The synopsis and plenty of other reviews will tell you what the story is about so I'm not going to. I will say that it's one of them books I loved to hate. It pulled me through so many emotions that I felt drained by the time is finished.
As for the end... Oh my dayz. I need book two yesterday.

Bigger Than The Sky - my review

I've only read one other book by this author. I loved that book so of course I didn't hesitate in reading this one.

I absolutely loved every word of this story. I started it one evening and ended up not moving until Id finished it. It was just oh so good.

Kade is my new book boyfriend. He's a really hot alpha male. Told from Amelia's point of view the author gives us a really great story about second chances at love. It's a really sweet read with some great laugh out loud moments. Loved it.
Looking forward to reading more in this series.

Wildcat in Moscow - my review

Another fantastic story from this author. She certainly knows how to write a really brilliant story. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The main characters Chelsea and Vlad are brilliant. Chelsea is a really strong, sexy and smart character. Vlad is perfect. Russian alpha males mmmm

This book is packed full of action and romance. I really do recommend this story and look forward to reading more by this author.

BLOCKED - my review

This is a really lovely refreshing read. Having not read anything by this author I really enjoyed it and it's piqued my interest for her other books.

I've not read any books about volleyball. As I love sport reads I jumped at the chance to read this. The author did a great job of keeping me interested in a subject I knew nothing about. Double bonus that I actually enjoyed a book that had politics in it.

Loved Dane and Lucia. They came across as real. The secondary characters were great too.
This is a really great fun, romantic, sporty read.

CODE NAME; LUMINOUS my review

This is the fourth book in the series. These books can be read as standalones but seriously I recommend you start from the beginning as this author is going to take you on a journey you won't wanna forget.

Natasza puts so much love and care into these stories that it radiates off the pages. She has done such a fantastic job that to me these are characters no more. They are my friends who I care about. When they are going through pain I feel as if my
heart is gonna break. When they are happy you can see a big grin on my face. You get the idea???

Each book in this series focuses on a different subject that matters to the warrior. In this book Natasza deals with faith and loss. She did this in such a way that if I wasn't smiling or crying then I had goosebumps.

I'm not going into the storyline in my review. I don't want to spoil it for anyone. However I think this is Nataszas best book so far.

As a reviewer and a blogger I read hundreds of books.  I read this book while on a long car journey. These 'friends' sucked me right in and I lost track of everything until Id finished.

I really can't recommend this book highly enough. It's a really brilliant work of art.

Breaking Love - my review

This is book two in this series. Although this book can be read as a standalone I highly recommend you read both books. This author has a fantastic way of writing that will have you gripped from start to finish. Although I've lots to read I took the opportunity to re-read book one before jumping into this one.

Lucs a love em and leave em kinda guy. He's rich, handsome and happy until he meets Megan who turns his life upside down. I absolutely loved Luc and Megan.

I was totally gripped to this story. For the first time ever the kindle came into the bath with me. This book is unputdownable. I absolutely loved it.

The Heart Won't Lie - my review

If you haven't read book one then you need to read it before you read this book. This is a continuation of Jaden and Chases story.

The past comes back and haunts Jaden and Chase. Questions I had from book one are answered. We find out more about Jadens past and my heart breaks some more for her.

This is a really great emotional story with fab twists and turns. Brilliant storyline that I inhaled in hours. Loved it.

Just...Breathe - my review

This is a really great story. It's the first book I've read by this author and she's now got a new fan.

This is Jaden and Chases story. These two characters are broken. They've been hurt in the past and afraid to trust again. I was so rooting for them to find happiness. My heart broke for Jaden.

Great steamy story with heartache. Real and likeable characters had me reading this in one sitting.

With a cliffhanger like that one I'm glad I got book two to jump right into.

My Salvation -my review

This is a really great debut novel. This author had done a great job with her first novel. I'm so looking forward to reading more by her.

I loved this romantic story. Cali and Owen are fabulous characters. Ten years after their first kiss fate brings these two together. They've never forgot their first kiss. Can Owen show Cali how good they can be together?

I found this to be a really interesting storyline. Great sexy scenes and suspense had me reading this in one sitting. Loved it.

Romancing Christmas - my review

Ten fabulous novellas to get you in the mood for Christmas. I usually don't read christmas reads until nearer Christmas but as soon as I started I kept reading.
I've not read any of these authors books so this set gives me a great insight to how they write and if I'll like... Of course I did so now I got some great authors to follow:)

Highly recommend this box set. There is something in it for everyone.

Sexual Awakenings: The Waltz - my review

Holy wowzers. This is a really fantastingly hot story.

Violet has been living in a loveless and sexless marriage with a horrid cheating husband. As a strong character she decides to do something about her lack of sex. Rhys is everything she wants and needs. I want my own Rhys as damn he's hot!
Really great hot sexy erotic story. Ending in a cliffhanger I hope we don't have to wait too long for the next part of this story.

That Night With You - my review

This is my favourite of this authors books that I've read so far. This was a really brilliant and gripping read. I ended up reading this in one afternoon as I couldn't put it down.

Hayden and Madison are fantastic characters. The chemistry between them is so hot-it's electrifying.

I loved the storyline. This author has a superb way of writing that you could easily become addicted to. Great secondary characters added even more brilliance to the story.
Loved it.

TASTE TEST - my review

When I was younger there was a series on TV based on the story Beauty and the Beast. I loved it so much that when I got a chance to read this I jumped at it. I wasn't disappointed. This is a fantastic story. The author blew me away. It's a captivating story from start to finish. Told from both points of view we get a great insight into Ethan and Ella's thoughts.

I found this to be a really great emotional and angsty read. I had goosebumps reading a lot of this story.
Fantastic read that I highly recommend. Looking forward to reading more from this author.

Chaperoning in Paris - my review

This is a really sweet romantic story that I really enjoyed.

Gigi and Sean were childhood sweethearts. Years later fate steps in and Gigi and Sean find themselves chaperoning students on a trip to Paris. Can these two lovely characters get a second chance at love?

I disliked Gigis mum so much. On the bright side Sean and his brothers are hot and there are gonna be more stories about them.

Great praise to the author on a wonderful story. The vivid images she gave us of Paris were fantastic.

My review of DASH

This is a really quick read to the start of what looks like a very promising series.
I really loved the characters especially Dash and Tabitha. This is a really good teaser. It certainly whet my appetite for more.

As in a lot of novellas I've reviewed I find it hard to review without spoilers. All I can say is take a chance on this book. I'm sure like me you will be hoping your not waiting too long for more of this story.
Really enjoyed it.

The Scars That Define Us- my review

I read book one and absolutely loved it. I was so looking forward to reading this. The author did not disappoint me.
This story continues from book one so I recommend you read that first. This is Dani and Shadows story. The repercussions from book one is still affecting them. Will they sort it out or lose one another for good??

I really loved this story. Totally gripped and really looking forward to reading book three.

Beholden - my review

You must read book one, Beloved before reading this book. Beloved is a brilliant read and after that big cliffhanger I couldn't wait to get my hands on this book. The author didn't disappoint me as yet again she sucked me in with a fantastic and emotional story.

From the start Corrine pulls on your emotions. Throughout this book I went from tears, to smiling to wanting to throw my kindle! This is a gut wrenching, emotional and brilliantly written story about Jackson and Catherine. Their journey is certainly not easy and I was totally gripped.

If your looking for a really brilliant romantic story with plenty of angst then I recommend this series. Perfect.

Halligan to my Axe - my review

I've not read anything by this author before. When I read that this book includes bikers and firemen I couldn't resist reading it.

Kettle is a biker and a fireman. He's also very hot and sexy. He's been hurt in the past and refuses to love anyone. That is until Adeline enters his life. The chemistry between these two is off the scales hot. As if this book isn't interesting enough there is suspense running through the story. The secondary characters are fantastic as well.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. There were parts that had me at the edge of my seat. Great read that I highly recommend.
